1. Returns and Refunds

1.1. General Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Doula MaMa Rice LLC. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Clothing Items

2.1. Returns: You may return clothing items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2.2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

3. Food Items

3.1. Returns: Due to the nature of food items, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged food item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.

3.2. Refunds: Refunds for defective or damaged food items will be processed once we receive proof of the issue, such as photographs. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Return Process

4.2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Exchanges

5.1. Clothing Items: If you wish to exchange a clothing item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5.2. Food Items: Exchanges for food items are not available. We will provide a refund or replacement for defective or damaged food items.

6. Cancellations

6.1. Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order cannot be canceled as it may have already been processed.
